Hello everyone! Today, I’m thrilled to share some exciting updates about the direction of my health coaching business and this blog!

I recently completed my certification as a Primal Health Coach through the Primal Health Coach Institute, founded by Mark Sisson—the “godfather” of the primal/paleo movement and creator of Primal Kitchen.

If you’ve followed my journey here, you know I’m obsessed with optimal health. After dealing with poor health for the past 10 years, I’ve refined protocols that truly work.

When I first started the blog, a couple months after, I thought I was going to start my business.

Life happened, I met my wife and my mom passed.

But here I am in 2026, pumped to help as many people as I can!

My business is named The Little Way Health Coach, an homage to St. Thérèse of Lisieux, the Catholic saint who practiced small daily acts of love and penance rather than grand gestures.

This is how I can guide clients to success: one step at a time.

You might notice my business has a strong Christian foundation. My goal is to primarily serve Christians, but I’m happy to work with anyone who needs support.

One of the most rewarding developments has been merging my background in software and artificial intelligence with my health coaching expertise.

For context, my brother and I helped build one of the first AI systems in the health space.
