Great article! Would love some information on how to test to see if you may be impacted by mold/mycotoxins. Blood markers, MycoTox(?), etc.

I would think you would want to understand if mold exposure may be part of the picture before starting to throw supplements at it. And would have a measurable baseline if it turns out it is involved.

Thanks JB, yes the MycoTox panel is amazing. VEGF + TGFb are great blood markers as well. Are you worried about exposure? And yes the ideal is solid testing before doing a full protocol. Sometimes it can be kinda obvious, like living in a super moldy home too.

Not medical advice.

Nice, will check out those blood markers. Yes, suspected previous mold exposure that I think I've gotten away from (moved apartments 2 months ago).

Symptoms like psoriasis, brain fog, low energy, achy joints off & on, suspected leaky gut / histamine intolerance. Most of my blood markers are solid so I've been trying to pinpoint what might be going on and mold seems to fit in quite well.

Sounds about right. 99% of the time your standard blood panel will say your squeaky clean. Ill shoot you a DM and we can chat about this more.
