Dave Asprey was on Danica Patrick's podcast and listed his hierarchy (in order) for trauma healing. He didn't mention neurofeedback, but he's a big fan, and I experience it first-hand at 40 Yeras of Zen.
I’m curious to hear your experience with these? I’ve researched a lot into psilocybin and ayahuasca/DMT and just think they are far too risky to apply in a clinical setting. I think with good mindfulness practice, neurofeedback is a far greater and safer alternative to psychedelics
He mentions it in Work smarter not harder of I remember correctly.
My brother James who wrote the article is a big fan and currently my dad is doing it as well
I really wanna try it as well, I just have other hacks that come sooner as my cognition is pretty solid, however I still want to try the mendi device you wrote about a little while ago

I don't have any experience with psychedelics. I agree there are many other modalities to try before going down that rabbit hole.
